Associate Director, Global Oncology Insights and Engagement

About the role

The Associate Director, Global Oncology Insights and Engagement will join the Digital Human Health Global Oncology Marketing Engagement team. This senior position partners with global marketing to deliver data‑driven insights, analytics, and AI‑enabled digital products that shape pipeline strategy and launch readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for Global Oncology Marketing, translating business needs into structured analytical plans and actionable insights.
• Develop and own the commercial insight generation strategy, applying AI and advanced analytics to patient, HCP, and market data.
• Quarterback end‑to‑end delivery of DHH and IT capabilities, ensuring integrated, decision‑ready outputs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (market research, forecasting, data science, medical affairs, competitive intelligence) to orchestrate insight assessments.
• Lead and mentor a global team of Specialists and Senior Specialists, fostering a culture of urgency, innovation, and continuous learning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data insights, or strategic planning within pharma, biotech, consulting, or healthcare.
• Proven ability to mine patient claims/EMR data and translate findings into commercial actions.
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
