Associate Director, Global Marketing Engagement (DHH)

About the role

The Digital Human Health (DHH) team is transforming how patients and their needs are understood. This Associate Director will lead the development and delivery of data‑driven insights for US global marketing teams, supporting pipeline investments, go‑to‑market strategies and launch planning. The role partners closely with marketing, clinical, finance, IT and enterprise strategy functions to inform executive decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop commercial analytics solutions, including market understanding, patient journey mapping, physician segmentation and market benchmarking for US pharma pipelines.
• Translate complex secondary data, market research and commercial intelligence into actionable business recommendations.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (marketing, forecasting, payer analytics, clinical) to inform strategic reviews, launch readiness and commercial rigor across pipeline assets.
• Produce executive‑ready materials communicating analytical findings, risks, opportunities and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead complex, cross‑functional analytics initiatives, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to deliver high‑quality insights aligned with business priorities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business insights, outcomes research, advanced analytics or asset portfolio management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills grounded in data insights, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex cross‑functional projects in a matrixed organization and delivering multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Understanding of real‑world data assets (claims, EMR, syndicated datasets) and the commercial pharma data ecosystem.
• Strategic thinker who can consult as an equal partner and execute solution‑based approaches to ambiguous business problems.
