Associate Consultant – Talent Acquisition Headhunter

About the role

Join JCW's growing Boston office as an Associate Consultant focused on internal talent acquisition. You will partner with senior leadership to source, screen, and manage candidates for JCW's own hiring needs while developing core recruitment skills.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to source and screen candidates for internal openings, conduct initial calls and manage pipelines through offer stage.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, gather hiring manager feedback, maintain candidate records, and produce written assessments against JCW competencies.
• Create and maintain Boolean search strings to identify talent from competitor firms and specialist networks.
• Support client recruitment placements during slower periods by assisting senior recruiters and learning external pipeline management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Prior corporate or professional work experience (any industry).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate coachability.
