Associate Consultant – Strategy Insights & Planning

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Consultant to join our Strategy Insights & Planning team in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will work on high‑impact business challenges, combining data, research, and structured thinking to shape strategic and digital initiatives for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Apply structured problem‑solving frameworks to deliver actionable, data‑driven insights.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research to support strategic decision‑making.
• Design and execute analyses using tools such as Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary platforms.
• Translate complex findings into clear presentations and written deliverables.
• Support project planning, tracking, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including strategy, marketing, analytics, and technology.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to stakeholder engagement.
• Mentor junior team members and help develop internal capabilities.

Required profile

• PhD or Master’s degree (with Bachelor’s) in a quantitative or analytical field such as Business, Economics, Marketing, Psychology, Life Sciences, or Social Sciences, OR 2–5 years of relevant post‑study professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and professionalism.
