Associate Consultant – Client Delivery & System Optimization

About the role

The Associate Consultant supports client engagements by executing system configurations, improving recruiting workflows, and ensuring smooth delivery of Bullhorn‑based solutions. Working under senior consultants, you will gradually take ownership of defined workstreams and smaller customer projects while maintaining a client‑facing focus.

Key responsibilities

• Support active client engagements, participate in discovery sessions, and attend internal planning meetings.
• Execute configuration updates, workflow improvements, and automation setups within Bullhorn.
• Document client requirements, action items, and system changes; track tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify and flag risks, blockers, or scope concerns early.
• Perform data audits, validate solutions against platform best practices, and contribute to reusable documentation.
• Collaborate with Senior Consultants, Customer Success, and Solutions Architects to align delivery with account health.
• Own an assigned book of customers, acting as the primary delivery owner for defined priorities and milestones.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting operations, SaaS delivery, or ATS administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Bullhorn (strongly preferred) and a solid understanding of recruiting workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a detail‑oriented, process‑driven mindset.
