Associate Campus Pastor – Oxford Campus

About the role

The Associate Campus Pastor works alongside the Campus Pastor to lead, shepherd, and equip the Pinelake Oxford campus, extending pastoral care and ministry oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and care for staff and volunteer teams across NextGen, families, and adult groups.
• Provide pastoral presence, prayer, and relational connection for weekend services and key ministries.
• Oversee discipleship pathways, coaching Lead College Pastor, Lead Student Pastor, Kids Pastor, Preschool Minister, and Adult Groups pastor.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate seasonal initiatives such as camps, retreats, and conferences.

Required profile

• Proven ministry leadership in a local church of comparable size and culture.
• Deep love for the local church and a passion for building a discipleship culture.
• Spiritually mature, emotionally healthy, and able to lead from the second chair.
• Bachelor’s degree minimum, licensed/ordained, with eight or more years of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience using word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Basic bookkeeping, accounting, and budget monitoring abilities.
