About the role
The Associate Business Systems Analyst supports the analysis, design, and implementation of business applications for the district. The role works under senior supervision to gather user requirements, test solutions, and provide training.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and reporting needs, collaborating with users to define technology solutions.
- Participate in application development teams, prepare user documentation, and conduct testing and problem resolution.
- Provide user support and training on project management software, including Trimble Unity Construct.
Required profile
- Graduated from a four‑year program in business, MIS, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience performing business process analysis and supporting application development.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non‑technical staff.
Required skills
- Experience with Trimble Unity Construct.
- Knowledge of project management software administration and training.
- Familiarity with business process analysis methods, QA testing, and basic database design concepts.
