Associate Business Consultant - Life Sciences Consulting

About the role

Veeva Business Consulting, part of Veeva, is hiring recent university graduates to join its Business Consultant Development Program (BCDP) in New York. The program is a 20-month training path that builds core consulting skills, deep domain expertise and a leadership foundation, with a start date expected in July 2027. You will work alongside experienced consultants on customer-facing engagements and choose one of five practice areas: Analytics, Commercial, Content, R&D or Quality.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deliver all parts of customer engagements, such as customer communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis and timeline management
• Work with Business Consultants to create deliverables that improve customer operating and engagement models, processes and business performance
• Use Veeva's software and data to turn insights into tangible business and operational solutions

Required profile

• Graduate of 2027 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, 3.0 to 4.0 GPA in any major
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Process-driven, enjoys digging into operations, numbers and data to find improvements
• High work ethic and high integrity
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time per year, depending on customer engagements, coworking, meetings and events
