Associate – Building Assessments

About the role

We are seeking a technical expert in building systems to lead inspections, engage with clients, and manage complex real‑estate assets. As an Associate on the property condition assessments team, you will work directly with owners, operators, and institutional investors throughout the building lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage property inspections and technical due diligence.
• Guide clients on capital planning and building performance strategy.
• Oversee reporting, quality control, and team coordination.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth, client relationships, and innovation.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to training and technical standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or facilities consulting.
• Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and capital forecasting.
• Experience managing people and client‑facing project work.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
