Senior Landscape Construction Estimator

About the role

Heritage Landscapes is seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Construction Estimator to lead accurate and timely estimating for competitive, profitable landscape installation projects across the Bay Area.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site visits, takeoffs and build estimates for new projects swiftly and accurately.
• Maintain competitive vendor pricing and develop company production rates.
• Prepare project proposals and formal contracts for review and submission.
• Utilize Aspire software for estimating and update software databases regularly.
• Review job cost and profit reports and adjust the estimating process as needed.

Required profile

• Prior experience as an estimator for a residential landscape construction firm.
• Proficiency with Aspire or similar estimating software and digital take‑off tools.
• Positive, productive attitude with ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Valid California driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
