Associate Account Executive – US HOKA Lifestyle

About the role

The Associate Account Executive supports the US HOKA Lifestyle sales team, working closely with the Lead Strategic Account Executive on key retail accounts such as Foot Locker and Champs. This remote position (NYC preferred) offers the chance to develop relationships with internal partners and external retail partners while gaining experience in the footwear industry.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sales presentations, reports and proposals for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate and attend industry events, quarterly sales meetings and account reviews.
• Support seasonal forecasting, sales planning and marketing campaign assistance.
• Manage logistics for sell‑ins, travel, and customer visits, ensuring timely product delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or account management is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and detail‑orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
