Associate Account Executive – Sales Development

About the role

As an Associate Account Executive at Rho, you will support the sales team by generating leads, assisting senior Account Executives, and engaging with prospective clients. This role serves as a launchpad into fintech and software sales, with a clear path to a full Account Executive position within a year.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct lead‑generation activities via phone, email, and in‑person outreach.
• Provide sales assistance and deal support to senior Account Executives.
• Attend industry events and meet potential clients to build relationships.
• Learn and articulate Rho’s value proposition to prospects.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on new features and promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for fintech and willingness to learn financial products and services.
