Assistant(e) tutélaire – support aux mandataires judiciaires

About the role

This position supports judicial guardians in managing the social, administrative, financial and legal affairs of protected individuals, including people with disabilities and seniors. You will work within a motivated team and a broad partnership network.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and handle correspondence using specialized software.
• Enter and validate data, maintain administrative files, and prepare annual reports for magistrates.
• Draft and send official letters, manage dossiers, and ensure compliance with legal deadlines.
• Collaborate with social, medical, legal and banking partners to coordinate assistance for vulnerable clients.

Required profile

• Secretarial diploma (mandatory).
• Experience in social work is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills, rigor and dynamism.
• Excellent command of French spelling and grammar.
• High relational abilities for interacting with vulnerable populations.
