Assistant Vice President, Financial Management

About the role

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is seeking an Assistant Vice President to join its Financial Management department. This senior position provides strategic decision support, ensures the integrity of financial reporting, and partners with internal and external stakeholders to advance the Bank’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Produce timely, accurate, and reliable financial reports for internal and external customers.
• Maintain the integrity of the Bank’s financial data and oversee procurement of goods and services.
• Develop high‑quality planning and forecasting data aligned with organizational strategy and System guidance.
• Manage the budgeting process to ensure alignment with the Bank’s strategic objectives.
• Support enterprise risk management initiatives within the Financial Management function.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in financial management, preferably within a banking or public‑sector environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proven ability to interpret complex financial information.
