Assistant Tasting Room Manager

About the role

The Assistant Tasting Room Manager supports daily hospitality operations at Booker Winery, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the Booker brand and Constellation Brands values. This onsite role works closely with the hospitality leadership team to deliver memorable wine‑tasting experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver daily guest experiences and educational programs in the tasting lounge.
• Coordinate public tastings, private events, and personalized guest interactions.
• Monitor guest feedback, analyze performance data, and adjust programming to improve satisfaction and revenue metrics.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards across all hospitality areas.
• Support inventory management, point‑of‑sale operations, and sales reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align guest experience with brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for wine and hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
