Assistant Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the store leadership team at its Tanger Outlet in Locust Grove, GA. The role involves driving sales, coaching the team, and ensuring operational excellence while upholding the brand’s values of originality, integrity, and customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager or Associate Store Manager.
• Implement sales strategies, analyze performance data, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members, providing on‑the‑job training and feedback.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.
• Ensure compliance with Levi’s policies, procedures, and safety standards, including the ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform physical tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience with a proven track record in coaching and training.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and professional demeanor.
• Collaborative mindset that aligns with Levi’s culture and values.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the role, such as lifting, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
