Assistant Store Manager – Mall of America

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the Mall of America location in Bloomington, MN. In this role you will support the Store Manager and Associate Store Manager, lead the team, and ensure operational excellence while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by implementing strategies, analyzing data, and coaching the team.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Act as the primary decision‑maker in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Levi’s policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience with a proven track record in coaching and training.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential matters.
• Collaborative, role‑model attitude aligned with Levi’s culture of originality, integrity, and empathy.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
