Assistant Project Manager – Real Estate (North & South America)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support our Real Estate and Facilities team on office projects across North and South America. You will work closely with the GRE team, cost managers, internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure project finances are optimised and delivery stays on track.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payment and change‑order requests, coordinating with Procurement, Legal and Accounts Payable.
• Review and monitor real‑estate project costs together with the internal cost manager.
• Create and maintain reports on budgets, invoices, cash‑flow projections, variances and contractual changes.
• Coordinate cost information across internal systems and maintain project close‑out documentation.
• Support compliance by applying company policies and procedures consistently.
• Assist in scheduling, task coordination and data analysis for project deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and partner teams to improve processing methods and increase efficiency.
• Foster alignment and positive collaboration across cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Strong educational background in business, engineering, architecture or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in design and construction, preferably commercial real‑estate.
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to manage data, schedules and resources.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross‑functional environments.
• Self‑motivated, agile and able to adapt to changing project needs.

Required skills

• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, cost tracking and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with procurement, legal and accounts payable processes.
