About the role

The University of Miami Miller School of Medicine seeks an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine specializing in non‑invasive cardiology. The position is within the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine and offers a unique platform to lead advanced imaging programs while contributing to patient care, education, and research.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality clinical care and consultative services for patients requiring non‑invasive cardiac imaging.
• Lead and develop state‑of‑the‑art imaging protocols, including echocardiography, cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, and nuclear cardiology.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate imaging findings into patient management and clinical research.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in cardiovascular imaging techniques.
• Conduct and publish high‑impact research leveraging advanced imaging modalities.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or eligible in Cardiology with a focus on non‑invasive imaging.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical cardiovascular imaging and a strong academic record.
• Commitment to teaching, mentorship, and collaborative research.
