About the role

The Assistant Director, Specialized Master’s Programs oversees program resources to ensure alignment with the mission, priorities, timelines, and budgets. This full‑time staff role involves administrative, managerial, and professional responsibilities supporting institutional goals.

Key responsibilities

• Leads development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic plans that advance program goals.
• Develops and updates training materials for staff, faculty, and external partners.
• Oversees all student programming, including off‑campus activities, special events, and networking opportunities.
• Plans and manages the program budget, including monthly projections and trend analysis.
• Manages program logistics and operations, including program development and registration advising processes.
• Maintains documentation and data reports related to accreditation, curriculum, and program quality.
• Advises students on academic development and coordinates course offerings with faculty and deans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of business and management principles.
• Ability to direct, manage, implement, and evaluate department operations.
• Strong planning, delegation, and supervisory skills.
• Leadership ability to motivate, develop, and train others.
