The Mays Business School at Texas A&M University is looking for an Assistant Director to lead the student experience and academic operations for the MS Analytics program. This role will guide students from onboarding through graduation, ensuring a high‑quality, seamless experience across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide academic advising and support for MS Analytics students.
• Coordinate program delivery, course scheduling, and faculty support.
• Drive student engagement, retention initiatives, and lifecycle communication.
• Partner with recruitment teams to attract prospective analytics professionals.
• Travel to Houston CityCentre to deliver on‑site administrative support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least six years of experience in higher‑education administration, student affairs, or academic operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience interpreting university policies and academic requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with learning management systems such as Canvas and Blackboard.
• Project management and process‑improvement capabilities.
• Analytical skills for data‑driven decision making.
