About the role
The Assistant Community Manager – Aqua at Millenia will support the Community Manager in the day‑to‑day financial and operational management of a mid‑rise residential community. Based in Orlando, this full‑time position ensures smooth rent collection, accurate bookkeeping and timely reporting for a 329‑unit property.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and post rent, fees and other resident payments.
- Prepare daily bank deposits, reconcile bank accounts and handle cash dispositions.
- Process invoices, execute payments and maintain vendor records.
- Assist in month‑end close, generate financial statements and variance reports.
- Maintain accurate records in the property management software, including account reconciliations and audit trails.
- Support the Community Manager with budgeting, forecasting and operational tasks.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with residents and vendors.
- Basic understanding of residential property operations.
