Assistant Coach – Assistant Store Manager

About the role

The Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach in driving store performance, ensuring standards are consistently applied and helping develop the team. This role owns day‑to‑day outcomes, leads training and coaching initiatives, and maintains an organized, guest‑focused environment while adapting quickly to changing priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Head Coach to attract, hire and onboard talent.
• Lead ongoing training, development plans and performance coaching.
• Build engagement through recognition, communication and follow‑up.
• Execute operational standards, validate playbook adherence and ensure safety, cash‑handling and policy compliance.
• Act as operational leader‑on‑duty in the Head Coach’s absence.
• Lead visual merchandising directives, seasonal transitions and product placement to drive sales.
• Maintain store organization and back‑of‑house standards.
• Own service execution, resolve complex customer concerns and reinforce consistent service behaviors.
