Assembly Operator – Pharr

About the role

MasterBrand is looking for a full‑time Assembly Operator to join its Pharr facility. You will help prepare finished cabinetry components for shipment by packing, boxing, cleaning, and performing basic quality checks.

Key responsibilities

• Pack and box finished parts for outbound shipping.
• Clean tools and maintain a tidy work area.
• Use simple hand tools such as staple guns, tape measures, and glue guns.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep production safe and efficient.

Required profile

• GED or high‑school diploma.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and lean‑production awareness.
• Pass a drug test and background check.
