Assembler 2

About the role

As an Assembler 2 you will set up and operate machinery to assemble individual products under direct supervision. The position works the 1st shift on‑site and requires close communication with leadership and cross‑functional teams to keep production flowing.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate production issues and process disruptions to leadership for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain workflow continuity.
• Operate manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery safely according to established procedures.
• Set up and adjust equipment based on precise manufacturing requirements.
• Monitor equipment functionality to sustain production efficiency.
• Inspect output for defects and take appropriate actions such as scrap or rework.
• Maintain accurate production records using basic computer systems.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality standards at all times.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or vocational training; no prior experience required.
• Interest in Environmental Health and Safety principles and core manufacturing practices.
• Basic digital literacy to support production documentation.
• Familiarity with machine operations, equipment setup, and precision machining practices.
• Ability to support quality monitoring and record‑keeping to ensure compliance.

• Pay range $17.00 – $21.83 per hour.
