Asana Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider, is hiring an experienced Project Manager with strong Asana proficiency to support a large, multi-year growth and transformation program for a leading technology organization. The program spans several business areas and workstreams in a matrixed environment, and the role is remote, with an EST or CST schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of a large, multi-year growth and transformation program across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate activities, priorities, timelines and dependencies across cross-functional teams and workstream leads.
• Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, deliverables and key activities.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies early and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and workstream leads.
• Facilitate program meetings and working sessions, with clear agendas, follow-up and action items.
• Track progress and give clear status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain accurate program documentation, status reporting and supporting materials.
• Establish consistent processes, communication and operating rhythms across the program.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager or similar role supporting complex enterprise initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs or multiple interconnected workstreams.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Preferred: experience with Channel or Distribution programs, growth/transformation initiatives, large technology organizations, and cross-business or cross-regional coordination.

• Strong Asana proficiency.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
