Arterial Account Manager - Peripheral Vascular, Carolinas Region

About the role

Stryker is hiring an Arterial Account Manager for its Peripheral Vascular business in the Carolinas region, based in Charlotte. This is a field-based position focused on growing the Artix and LimFlow portfolios among PAD and CLTI patient populations, with a travel percentage of 60%.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new growth opportunities and unmet clinical needs within PAD and CLTI patient populations.
• Build alignment with physician champions and hospital leadership, and drive therapy adoption through education and program-building.
• Expand access to the Artix and LimFlow portfolios and execute coordinated strategies with VTE Account Managers.
• Deliver high-impact presentations on clinical and financial benefits to physicians and hospital administration.
• Provide product feedback to R&D and Marketing and represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
• Act as a clinical subject matter expert on national calls and training, and partner with Sales Leadership and Medical Education on onboarding and training.

Required profile

• BS degree preferred in a related field, or 6 years of demonstrated successful sales experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of peripheral vascular arterial sales or related medical device experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of Stryker or Inari sales/clinical experience preferred.
• Previous experience in the peripheral arterial space preferred.

Required skills

• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, reporting).
• Excellent presentation skills, from 1:1 to large audiences.
• Proven leadership, strong communication and robust sales and business acumen.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to meet deadlines.
