Area Manager – West Coast (FRS & Wholesale)

About the role

The Area Manager – West Coast is responsible for driving the development, performance, and strategic management of the wholesale business across the West Coast of the United States, Western Canada, and parts of the Midwest. The role also oversees the performance of franchised boutiques, ensuring they operate with a Hublot DOS mindset and high execution standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional strategies to meet sell‑in and sell‑out targets.
• Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends to adjust action plans.
• Monitor competitive landscape and recommend distribution optimisations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, leading commercial negotiations on assortment, targets, space, and investments.
• Drive sell‑out performance through in‑store support and follow‑up.
• Oversee franchised boutique operations, monitoring KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and clienteling.
• Ensure consistent brand expression and visual merchandising across all partners.
• Develop co‑op marketing plans and execute local activations to boost brand awareness.
• Report on key performance indicators and conduct regular business reviews with partners.
