Aquatics Coordinator

About the role

Midtown, which owns and operates eight luxury athletic clubs, is hiring an Aquatics Coordinator for its Windy Hill Athletic Club in Atlanta (135 Interstate N Pkwy, GA 30339). The role is on-site and part-time, at 15 hours per week, and sits within the aquatics team, inspiring members through movement, community and personal attention.

Key responsibilities

• Engage more members in more programs and with more coaches
• Develop and maintain aquatics areas to create an enjoyable experience
• Monitor the development and career pathways of aquatics associates
• Develop, deliver and measure aquatics programs
• Conduct annual talent reviews of aquatics associates
• Assist in managing the annual aquatics budget
• Provide associate training and development

Required profile

• At least three years of aquatics supervisory experience
• Ability to provide associate training and development
• Nationally recognized, current aquatics certifications including CPR/AED and First Aid; CPO, AFO or equivalent preferred
• Availability evenings, weekends and some holidays
