Appointment Setter – B2B Commercial Insurance (Remote)

About the role

We are a U.S. commercial insurance agency looking for an experienced B2B appointment setter to join our Philippines team. This is a permanent, remote position working the graveyard shift, focused on generating qualified appointments with business owners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls and data‑mining to identify prospects.
• Set appointments with qualified leads for the sales team.
• Engage prospects off‑script in a professional, ethical manner.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
• Utilise social media channels for lead generation when applicable.

Required profile

• Proven appointment‑setting or outbound sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written American English communication.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work independently.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and handling a high volume of calls.
• Access to a quiet home office, fiber internet, and a USB noise‑cancelling headset.

Required skills

• Social Media Marketing (preferred).
