Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist

About the role

Join California Behavioral Treatment Center to provide individualized ABA therapy to children and adolescents across Los Angeles County. You will work directly with clients, support families, and follow culturally responsive treatment plans.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Required profile

• High School Diploma – required.
• Bachelor’s in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, Sociology or related field (preferred).
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass TB test and criminal background check with fingerprint clearance.
• Spanish speakers strongly encouraged to apply.

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
