Applications Developer II – Oracle HCM Payroll

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud professional to own the end‑to‑end Payroll functionality. You will configure, maintain and continuously improve payroll processes while partnering with HR, Payroll and Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own Oracle HCM Payroll configuration, maintenance and optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Payroll, Time & Labor and Absence modules.
• Gather business requirements and deliver system enhancements.
• Lead testing activities for quarterly releases, including UAT validation and production readiness.
• Drive automation and efficiency improvements in payroll processes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Strong expertise in payroll configuration (elements, fast formulas, balances, payroll flows).
• Experience troubleshooting complex payroll issues and performing root‑cause analysis.
• Working knowledge of Time & Labor and Absence Management modules.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into system solutions.
