Application System Analyst II - Cadence

About the role

The Application System Analyst II – Cadence will act as a bridge between end users, operational leaders, technical teams, and vendors. You will support, configure, optimize, and maintain the Cadence application while contributing to system improvements and project implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, test, implement, support, maintain, and optimize assigned applications and related business processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver technical and operational solutions.
• Provide medium‑complexity application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Assist with project planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Perform workflow analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, and gap analysis.
• Develop recommendations to improve system performance, efficiency, and user experience.
• Maintain relationships with users, operational leaders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Coordinate application updates, enhancements, and vendor‑related activities.
• Support training, knowledge transfer, and mentoring activities.
• Monitor new releases and evaluate business impact.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum three years of professional experience.
• At least two years of experience in healthcare, business systems, or information systems environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and process‑improvement abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
