Application System Analyst II – Cadence

About the role

The Application System Analyst II acts as a bridge between end‑users, operational leaders, support teams and vendors to design, build and optimise assigned applications. The role involves providing application support, collaborating with the Service Desk, and ensuring high‑quality delivery of medium to high‑complexity projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support and maintain assigned applications and business processes.
• Collaborate across project boundaries, propose practical solutions and provide project oversight.
• Perform process and requirement analysis, including mapping current flows, gap analysis and specification gathering.
• Maintain clear status reporting for stakeholders and represent user needs in system updates.
• Guide newer team members in using application resources and training materials.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in team environments and manage conflicts with end‑users.
• Detailed knowledge of healthcare operations and systems to implement complex applications with minimal guidance.
