Application Developer III – Full-Stack .NET

About the role

The Tyndale Company is looking for an experienced Application Developer III to lead the design, development, and maintenance of .NET applications and websites. This senior full‑stack position combines hands‑on coding with technical leadership, working closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Upgrade and migrate existing .NET websites and applications.
• Drive and enforce development practices, coding standards, and code reviews.
• Consider full‑stack architecture across the product lifecycle.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Bridge remote and on‑site development teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Identify problem areas and implement strategic technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design and deliver functional products.
• Develop technical specifications for new projects.
• Collaborate with technology managers to define application requirements.
• Write scalable .NET code with comprehensive unit tests.
• Review, debug, and improve existing .NET applications.
• Guide .NET developers, acting as an escalation point for technical questions.
• Draft software and application operating procedures.
• Mentor and support junior developers.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Relevant certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Developer/Architect, AWS Certified).
• Previous experience as a lead or senior developer.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for hybrid team environments.
