Analyst, Tax Equity

About the role

Santander is seeking a motivated Analyst to join its CIB Structured Finance team. You will support the Tax Equity group by researching, analyzing, and preparing client‑facing materials while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyze companies, industries, and market data.
• Prepare support documents, client presentations, offering memoranda, and engagement letters.
• Build complex financial models using Microsoft Excel.
• Perform transaction due diligence and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of product development, product management, or related experience.
• Preferred experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Office applications.
