Analyst / Sr Analyst – Portfolio Management & Investor Reporting

About the role

Assist Senior Portfolio Managers in the US to maintain and improve complex portfolio investment and fund-level models, and lead investor reporting for single‑family residential joint ventures.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models including cash‑flow projections, fund‑level waterfalls, IRR, DCF and NPV valuations.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly fund operational reports for SFR joint‑venture investors, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Maintain an inventory of operational reports, identify data discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the Austin‑based manager to address investor requests and perform deep‑dive analyses of operational metrics.
• Support PM and Investor Reporting team members on additional reporting tasks and special projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA, CA or CFA a plus.
• 1‑4 years experience in financial services or real‑estate firms.
• Highly analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Yardi, Tableau and SQL (preferred).
