Analyst – Franchise Services (Payment Processing)

About the role

The Analyst, Franchise Services will support Mastercard’s B2B customers in navigating payment industry compliance, onboarding, and related processes while driving efficiency and reporting improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support B2B customers with compliance programs, onboarding, registration, card design, variance requests and ad‑hoc inquiries.
• Ensure data quality and customer experience meet governance and Mastercard policy requirements.
• Identify and develop process improvements across supported work streams and provide reporting insights.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of SQL.
• Knowledge of Visual Basic.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables.
