AI Trainer – Travel Advisor (Remote)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Travel Advisor to join our AI training team. You will work remotely to help shape conversational AI models that assist travelers, ensuring the bots deliver accurate, engaging, and brand‑consistent content.
Key responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
- Measure model progress, evaluate logical consistency, and identify improvement areas.
- Provide detailed feedback to enhance model performance and overall quality.
Required profile
- Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Background in travel advising, communications, journalism, or related fields.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
