AI Software Engineer

About the role

Moog is looking for two experienced AI Software Engineers to join a hybrid team in Buffalo, NY. You will work on distributed cloud‑based systems, integrating generative AI and large language model capabilities while maintaining high‑performance, scalable applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack C#/.NET applications for Azure‑hosted services.
• Integrate and orchestrate generative AI and LLM features using frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
• Containerize services with Docker, Kubernetes or Azure Container Apps and support production environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and participate in code reviews.

Required profile

• At least five years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong object‑oriented programming skills, especially in C#.

• REST API development and testing tools (Postman, Insomnia)

• LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
