AI Partnerships Manager

About the role

Ramp is creating a dedicated function to drive partnerships across the AI ecosystem, working with labs, AI‑native companies, and investors to turn relationships into technical and commercial outcomes. This high‑visibility, newly created role sits at the intersection of strategic business development, product partnership, and ecosystem relationship‑building.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI product and integration conversations end‑to‑end with partner engineering and product teams.
• Own and grow strategic relationships with AI labs and AI‑native companies, converting them into referrals, integrations, co‑selling and new revenue channels.
• Combine business development and product integration work, negotiating contracts and launching joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Represent Ramp across the San Francisco AI community, engaging founders, investors, lab leaders and operators.

Required profile

• Deep, trusted relationships with decision‑makers at leading AI companies.
• Track record of delivering commercial outcomes from ecosystem relationships, including measurable revenue potential.
• Experience building repeatable partnership motions for the AI ecosystem, not just one‑off deals.
• Ability to launch public products, integrations and distribution channels within a year.

Required skills

• Technical depth sufficient to hold credible conversations with AI lab and product teams.
• Strategic business development expertise to identify and close partnerships that drive revenue.
• Systems thinking to design scalable partnership programs.
