AI Governance and Advisory Associate

About the role

LinkedIn is looking for an early‑career AI Governance and Advisory Associate to join the GBO Information Management team. The role will help ensure that AI agents used across Sales, Customer Success, and Go‑to‑Market operations meet quality, verification, and sustainability standards. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with subject‑matter experts and partners to build trustworthy AI‑driven knowledge tools.

Key responsibilities

• Support governance and sustainment processes for active AI agents, ensuring accuracy, performance, and lifecycle management.
• Define and reinforce best‑practice frameworks for agent quality, testing, and maintainability.
• Provide consultation to partners building AI agents, guiding design, tooling, testing, and governance requirements.
• Build and deploy AI knowledge agents using platforms such as Copilot Studio, Glean, and other AI tooling.
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to validate that agent outputs are grounded in trusted knowledge.
• Stay current on emerging AI tools and capabilities to inform governance approaches.

Required profile

• Structured problem‑solver with a strong interest in AI governance, quality, and scalability.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and defining standards.
• Ability to collaborate with builders and stakeholders to ensure sustainable, trustworthy solutions.
• Eagerness to experiment with new AI tools.

Required skills

• Experience with Copilot Studio.
• Experience with Glean.
• Familiarity with AI tooling platforms for building knowledge agents.
