AI Engineering New College Graduate – 2027

About the role

Bitdeer AI is looking for recent graduates to join its AI Cloud engineering team. You will help build and operate large‑scale, high‑performance AI cloud services that power global AI workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI cloud services such as GPU virtual machines, bare‑metal, container, networking, storage, billing, monitoring, and security.
• Build managed Kubernetes platforms with GPU‑native orchestration, intelligent scheduling, and lifecycle management for AI training and inference.
• Implement distributed model training, fine‑tuning, deployment, inference acceleration, and serverless model APIs.
• Contribute to AI Agent platforms, including workflow orchestration, tool integration, memory systems, and multi‑agent runtime infrastructure.
• Work on advanced AI systems like GPU resource scheduling, high‑performance networking, MLOps/LLMOps, and AI application marketplaces.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates (Bachelors, Masters, PhD) from any discipline or up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong programming ability in one or more languages (Go, Python, C++, Java, Rust).
• Passion for cutting‑edge AI infrastructure and large‑scale distributed systems.

Required skills

• Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, OpenStack.
• Prometheus, Grafana, Argo, Istio.
• PostgreSQL, Redis, message queues, distributed storage.
