Aftermarket Sales Manager – North America

About the role

Sandvik’s Mobile Crushing & Screening Solutions business is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Manager for North America. The role focuses on driving aftermarket revenue for crushing and screening equipment, working closely with customers and distributors across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow aftermarket revenue, including spare parts, maintenance services, warranty extensions and product upgrades.
• Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs, ensuring they are met or exceeded.
• Identify and prioritize key customer segments and distributor territories for aftermarket opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns, promotions and pricing strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with mining customers and distributors, providing consultative selling and solution recommendations.
• Prepare annual budgets, track compliance and report on lifecycle activities and improvements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with lifecycle strategy and customer service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in aftermarket sales, preferably within the mining, construction or heavy equipment sectors.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor networks.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic plans.
• Willingness to travel across North America as needed.
