Affordable Systems Trainer

About the role

Greystar is seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Systems Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for its property management software. The role focuses on empowering employees and stakeholders to efficiently use Yardi and RealPage systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive systems training programs, managing logistics, registration, and delivery methods.
• Create and revise training content, including user guides, facilitator guides, help desk deliverables, and digital storyboards.
• Assess training effectiveness through pre‑ and post‑tests, surveys, and performance metrics.
• Provide coaching, remedial, and refresher training, and suggest alternative learning solutions.
• Continuously improve training approaches based on evaluations and new learning technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Education, or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in systems training or a related role.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software, preferably Yardi and RealPage.
• Ability to troubleshoot, install, and provide instructions for software applications.
