Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Registered Nurse

About the role

SDBotox, a medical aesthetic clinic in San Diego founded by Dr. Alex Roher, is looking for an aesthetic RN, NP or PA with aesthetic experience. The provider will deliver cosmetic consultations and procedures within their scope of practice, build a clientele and meet utilization and sales goals. Availability on Sundays is required.

Key responsibilities

• Provide aesthetic treatments including cosmetic consultations, neuromodulator injections, dermal filler injections, laser modalities and microneedling
• Assess patients thoroughly and recommend appropriate treatment plans
• Educate patients on procedures, side effects and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records and monitor patients during and after procedures
• Perform and chart treatments according to company guidelines, in line with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
• Attend required training and meetings for ongoing medical education and assist with in-house training
• Keep rooms stocked, cleaned and sanitized before and after each shift
• Support the front desk, triage complications and follow up with patients by phone, email and text
• Travel to other SDBotox locations and company events

Required profile

• Aesthetic RN, NP or PA with aesthetic experience
• Availability on Sundays
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Ability to build rapport and trust with patients

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Time management and attention to detail
