Advisor Marketing Associate

About the role

Farther is a rapidly growing RIA combining expert advisors with technology to deliver a tailored wealth management experience. It is looking for an Advisor Marketing Associate who works directly with its advisors as their marketing partner: understanding their goals, managing projects and delivering solutions that help them grow their practice. The role supports both the overarching brand and a large team of advisors, with a hybrid setup based in Dallas.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with advisors to determine the marketing resources available to meet their marketing goals and needs
• Project manage engagements so they are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with advisors to develop custom marketing materials
• Develop compelling copy and identify relevant articles for digital channels and campaigns
• Keep up with marketing topics and continuously improve the effectiveness of the marketing program

Required profile

• At least 3 years as a marketing associate or relevant experience, preferably in a marketing agency or financial services setting
• Experience writing marketing content and measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organization and time management
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

Required skills

• Preferred: experience with Slack, Google Workspace, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
