Adventure Travel Specialist

About the role

Affinity Travels is looking for a remote Adventure Travel Specialist to design and sell unforgettable outdoor experiences. You will work from anywhere, helping clients turn their adventure dreams into bespoke itineraries while receiving full training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Create customized adventure itineraries for destinations such as Caribbean diving trips, European hiking tours, Maasai Mara safaris, Patagonia treks, and more.
• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, recommend gear, safety tips, and fitness preparation.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide post‑trip follow‑up.
• Stay informed on new adventure destinations, safety standards, and industry trends.
• Use booking platforms and online tools to manage reservations and payments.

Required profile

• Passion for adventure travel and a strong wanderlust.
• Outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, kayaking, skiing, biking, or similar activities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with a reliable internet connection.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
