Advanced RN Practitioner – Family Nurse Practitioner

About the role

Provide primary care services to patients aged 14 and above within the advanced registered nurse practitioner scope. Work a standard 40‑hour week on the day shift, Tuesday‑Friday, delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Perform physical exams, obtain medical histories, diagnose and treat illnesses, and prescribe medications.
• Identify and manage chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and refer patients to specialists.
• Educate patients on health conditions, perform limited in‑office procedures, and document clinical notes per agency policy.
• Facilitate coordinated care among the treatment team and provide employee vaccinations as needed.

Required profile

• Washington State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license and RN license (or multi‑state).
• FNP certification, DEA license, and BLS certification.
• At least one year of primary‑care experience (preferred) and experience with an Electronic Health Record (preferred).
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (Spanish fluency preferred) and pass background checks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite competency.
