Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Gastroenterology, New Smyrna Beach

About the role

Gastro Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join its gastroenterology team in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. You will practice at the top of your scope, managing patient care, guiding treatment decisions, and building meaningful relationships while collaborating closely with a board‑certified gastroenterologist and support staff.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient gastroenterology consults and follow‑up visits.
• Manage an average of 18 patient encounters per day.
• Make clinical decisions within your prescriptive authority.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to practice protocols.

Required profile

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Florida.
• National certification with prescriptive authority.
• Minimum of 2 years of APP experience, preferably in gastroenterology or internal medicine.
